This is a short ninety second film about an office worker with a globe on his desk and how he discovers a dangerous power. I like this short because it's very comedic, using a great selection of sound effects to its advantage as well as simple but clever shots, conveying the office worker's emotions. The mise-en-scene connotes the world of the office worker accurately. Eye line matches are used as well as close ups of important significant events. Matches on actions work when the worker reaches to touch the globe and jumps back. The visual effects or darkening or brightening the world also matches the actions in the shot, helping to make it a hyper reality.
